Joseph W. Hammond

Joe Hammond entered the management consulting profession in 1982 following a ten-year career in non-profit organizations. He is adept at creating and implementing pragmatic solutions to business problems by applying rigorous skills in research, analysis, and communication. Hammond encourages all project team members to maintain the highest quality standards of performance. Areas of expertise include records and information management, legal or regulatory compliance research, retention scheduling, operations reviews, administrative support services, space planning, and facilities closures.

Hammond has provided international consulting support for regulatory compliance, business relocations, organizational downsizing, plant closures, and for general productivity improvement. He holds a BA degree from Boston University, and an MA degree from the Cooperstown Graduate Program of the State University of New York, College at Oneonta.
